Meet the Chef Mylene Aldana
Pinkelicious by Chef Mylene Aldana
Cooking has been with me all my life: As a lonely child it was my companion. As a mother,
wife and friend, it has been my way to express love and gratitude. That motivated me to
become a chef. I needed to share my cuisine with everybody.
My frustrations about the poor quality and service while I was working as a chef for
a catering company, encouraged me to fly by myself to continue sharing my love through
cooking, but without compromising quality.
The pink color has been with me too. Sometimes as a girlish thing, sometimes as
territorial defense to prevent my child boys to steal my running sock and clothes.
Yeah! My food is delicious! When my pink-boutique kitchen was under construction
during the last touches, one of my kids came in and said: “Wow, this is Pinkelicious!”.
That was the moment everything got together.
Pinkelicious! Quality is never compromised.
