Meet the Chef Mylene Aldana

Pinkelicious by Chef Mylene Aldana

Cooking has been with me my entire life. As a lonely child, it was my companion. As a mother, wife, and friend, it has become my way of expressing love and gratitude. That passion motivated me to become a chef. I felt a deep need to share my cuisine with everyone.

My frustrations with the poor quality and service I witnessed while working as a chef for a catering company pushed me to take a leap of faith. I decided to work independently, so I could continue sharing my love through cooking without ever compromising quality.

The color pink has always been part of me too. Sometimes it was a girlish expression, and sometimes it was simply a way to protect my running socks and clothes from being stolen by my boys.

And yes, my food is delicious! When my pink boutique kitchen was almost finished, one of my kids walked in and said, “Wow, this is Pinkelicious!” That was the moment everything came together.

Pinkelicious — Quality is never compromised.
